Delivery & Returns
Delivery time is 5-8 working days. Your goods are delivered by Postnord. If the package is too large and does not fit in your mailbox, it will be sent to your nearest post office. If the package weighs more than 2 kg, we will send the shipment with DHL instead.
We charge a shipping fee of 10 EUR, but when you shop for at least 100 EUR, you are eligible to free shipping. Thus, free shipping on purchases over 100 EUR.
The purchase of goods on www.shoemace.com always applies 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable distance Contracts Act. This means that the customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying the Swedish shoemaker within 14 days from the customer's or the customer's representative receiving the ordered goods (withdrawal period).
Return or Exchange
As a customer of the Swedish shoemaker you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods without giving any reason. Contact Customer service and we will help you, e-mail address: kundtjanst@sverigesskomakare.se.
Refund Routine
Shoemace pays the amount back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date Shoemace received the customer's communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, Shoemace may wait with the refund until Shoemace has received the goods. The refund will be made to the customer via the payment option chosen by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or that there are obstacles to such repayment.
Upon return, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation you received on the email or via the form below and receive a return form sent to you that you paste on the package with the item you wish to return and submit to the nearest Post Office representative.
When returning items, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged.
Payment Methods
We offer invoice, together with our partner Payson, who will send the invoice to you by email only when the products leave our warehouse. Invoice is free of charge, for now invoice can only be used by swedish customers.
When you use the payment method direct payment, it means that the money is deducted directly, without the first being made a reservation, you can make a direct payment if you are a customer of one of the banks, Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Handelsbanken and Danske Bank. No extra charges apply.
We accept various credit/debit cards among those are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No extra charges apply.
My order
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email that the goods are on the way, in the same email, a tracking link to the order will follow so that you can follow the package.
Because we strive to deliver the product to you as soon as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes to the order.
