Refund Policy

The purchase of goods on always applies 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Return or Exchange

As a customer of Shoemace you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods without giving any reason. Email and we will send you a return shipping label. When exchanging or returning, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Policy for reclamation

As soon as a defect in the product has been detected, the customer must notify customer service at Shoemace. Refund Routine

Shoemace pays the amount of the refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date Shoemace received the customer's notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Shoemace may, however, wait with the refund until Shoemace has received the product. The refund will be made to the customer via the payment option chosen by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or that there are obstacles to such repayment.

Upon return, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation you received on the email or via the form below and receive a return form sent to you that you place on the package with the item you wish to return and submit to the nearest Post Office representative.
